General Instructions for Payment
1. Student Discount:

• Those opting for Student discount must provide Student ID on the days of the conference. Those unable to provide current, valid Student ID will be charged full registration fees to attend the conference. 
• Students attending online must email a copy of their student ID to ismesaconference@gmail.com with a cc to comms@isme.org. Failure to do so will result in not getting access to the online link.

2. ISME Membership:
ISME membership status will be checked before entry into the conference. If the ISME membership is found to have expired or is otherwise invalid, such members will be either:

• charged the non-ISME member registration fee before attending the conference (or)
• given the option to join/renew membership before attending the conference

CoPA members need not pay Membership fees but must pay Registration fees.
