All non Israeli attendees will arrive in Israel via Tel Aviv and Ben Gurion airport. This is serviced by most US, European and many Asian carriers so finding your way to Tel Aviv should be simple.
Once at Ben Gurion Airport take the north bound train to either Akko or Haifa railway stations. Shuttles will be organised from these stations to the hotel.
Important note:
If you arrive on the Jewish sabbath (between Friday 14.00 and Saturday 20.00) you will find that there is no public transport. In that case there will be special shuttles (different from those organized by our host) to take you North. Any queries should be directed to Claudia Gluschankof at [email protected]
Most visitors to Israel will not require a visa but must have a least six months remaining on their valid passport. We recommend that all travel though check the visa requirements by visiting: http://mfa.gov.il/MFA/ConsularServices/Documents/VisaRequirements-Tourists.pdf
For those traveling onto Baku and the World Conference, Azerbaijan Airlines offers direct flights while Turkish Airlines is also a viable option.
